Northeast Communities Against Substance Abuse (NECASA) and your Local Prevention Council (LPC) invite you to nominate a person you feel exemplifies outstanding leadership qualities and should be recognized for the time and talent they willingly share with their community.

A special invitation only recognition ceremony will be held to honor volunteers from each of the 21 towns on:

Date: April 27, 2010
Place: The Harvest Restaurant, Pomfret
Time: 6:30 to 8:00pm

Nominee must be an adult who Volunteers:

With Youth 18 years and younger
for a minimum of six months or longer

Within the following 21-town region: 

*Ashford *Brooklyn *Canterbury
*Chaplin *Columbia *Coventry
*Eastford *Hampton *Killingly
*Lebanon *Mansfield *Plainfield
*Pomfret *Putnam *Scotland
*Sterling *Thompson *Union
*Willington *Windham *Woodstock

 Nominee must live in town where nominated

Priority will be given to those individuals who promote positive youth development
